Raising and handling of relevant Complaints/Service Requests depending
upon the requirements of the customer
Preparation of Analyses and Reports pertaining to the Welcome and
First Bill Calling activity

Desired Profile

Fresher or Experience in telecom domain
Excellent Team player
Energetic and enthusiastic to learn and willingness to work extended
hours if required
Willingness to work in shifts
Hindi skills are mandatory
Good Excel skills would be an added advantage
