- Involves handling inbound Calls and resolving customer queries.
Involves updating customers on latest information on a product or
service.
- Should be comfortable work in all Shifts.
- Patient and should have ability to handle any kind of customer queries.
- Job primarily involves interacting with UK Customers (Night Shift)

Desired Profile Education Qualification: Minimum requirement graduate
in any field.
Note: BE/BTech without prior experience need not apply.

Candidates with relevant experience in a voice based International or
domestic Call centre will be at an advantage.
Involves working in all shifts.
Ability to multi-task and comfortable working on computers
General awareness and fundamental mathematical abilities
NOTE: Position open only for candidates willing to work in Chennai.
